Returns & Refunds policy

1. Order Cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel their order within 3 days from the date of ordering. If the order is canceled after 3 days, we reserve the right to refund up to 80% of the purchase amount, provided that we have already commenced the creation of the figure.

2. Shipping and Damage: We take utmost care to protect the figures during transport. However, we cannot guarantee that the figure will arrive undamaged. In the event that any part of the figure is broken during transport, we will promptly send a replacement part at our expense.

3. Minor Damages: In the case of minor damages, the customer agrees to attempt to repair the damage using the super glue provided with the figure.

4. Dissatisfaction with Appearance: If the customer is dissatisfied with the appearance of the figure, they may return it to our address at their own expense. Upon receiving the returned figure, we will process a refund of the purchase amount.

5. Conditions for Refund:

• The returned figure must be in its original condition.

• The customer must provide proof of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned figure.
